At Anderson Trucking Service (ATS), we've always believed professional drivers deserve a pay program built for the long haul—not temporary pay increases that disappear when the market changes. That's why ATS created Upside Pay.

ATS offers CDL-A company dry van truck drivers:

  • Average $1,500 - $1,850/week
  • Guaranteed minimum pay of $1,300/week for the first 12 weeks
  • $1,000 orientation completion bonus
  • Mileage bonus- earn an extra $100 - $200/week!
  • Upside Pay built for every market

Why ATS Upside Pay Pays More

Unlike carriers that adjust pay every time the market changes, ATS built Upside Pay to help company drivers earn in every freight market.

Here's how it works:

  • Earn 26% of revenue when freight rates are strong.
  • Guaranteed 60 CPM minimumwhen the market slows.
  • Earn whichever pays more on every load.
  • Drivers are projected to earn $10,000-$15,000 more this year simply because the market improved—not because ATS changed the pay program.

That's a pay package designed to grow with you—not just today's market.
